Christmas time

I apparently took no pictures on Thanksgiving with my family. But the day after, as is tradition, the boys and I decorate the house for Christmas while Shane is at work. He does help bring the heavy boxes up from the basement though:). Here's a shot of the boys decorating the tree- I only put a couple at the top where they couldn't reach. Other than that, it was their tree! I loved listening to them talk about all the different ornaments and find ones that they made. When we moved into this house, I remember seeing the hooks under the fireplace mantle- there were 5 of them. I figured we would just use the over the mantle hooks we'd always used in the past. Well, of course, life has changed and now we have a use for that 5th hook. Shane and I have been kicked off the mantle, but in our place, is the stocking for our sweet T- next year, he'll be able to help hang it up:).
