I couldn't think of a good title for this post- I am amazed that a friend of mine wanted to write a blog post about our family. He usually writes political things, but felt he should write about us. The best part is that it is a national blog and there is a link to the auction site on it. I know we're not amazing- I do know that we are following an AMAZING God who has a heart for the orphan. He adopted us into His family and for that, I am eternally thankful! Our church celebrated Orphan Sunday this past weekend. Sitting through the incredible sermon made me so much more convinced that we're doing what we're supposed to be doing. This is God's heart- He loves T even more than we do. He wants him to have a family to love him and cherish him. He wants him to feel protected. While we wait, we pray daily for T to feel God's immense love for him- to feel a sense of security and peace. I don't know if he knows about us or not yet, but we know that our prayers are heard!
