Huge day

Such an exciting day!!! I started out receiving a video of the boys first thing this morning. Then, my coordinator called me as we were leaving for school and told me that we have a court date- May 4!!! It's 3 weeks away, which seems like forever. I will be praying that the boys' father shows up and all the paperwork is in order. If one of those things doesn't happen, we'll get another court date, usually a week or 2 later. After we pass court, the boys are legally ours and we will travel 6-8 weeks later to pick them up.
The other news she had was birthdays. Now, we've talked about birthdays a lot just because Jonah's and Landon's birthdays are 5 days apart- March 14 and 19. We thought it would be fun to have the little boys' sometime in the summer or fall so it could be spread out and nice enough to play outside:). Well, their assigned birthdates came today and K's is March 1 and A's is March 10!! God has shown His sense of humor here:). It's showing they're pretty much 1 year apart which is really hard to believe, so we'll see what happens once they're home. It'll help that A's birth certificate will show him as just turned 4 in March so we have a full year at home before he would 'have' to start school. Then they'd be 1 year apart in school. So many unknowns about that.
So it was a great day!!! I need to find something to occupy my time between now and then because 3 weeks goes by slowly when you're waiting for something like this (and there's nothing we can do to help things move along more efficiently).
