Abuzaid's tooth

Abuzaid lost his first 'official' tooth in America (he had lost 2 in Ethiopia before we met him). Jonah says that the ones he had "distracted" don't count as losing them (since that would mean Abuzaid just pulled ahead of Jonah in the tooth count at 5). The tooth fairy came but he didn't really understand what he got money or gum for. Jonah convinced him that he would keep the gum in his room for safe-keeping - nice try Jonah. Landon is getting sick of being at 0 on the tooth count along with Kalid. :)
