Under contract

For those of you who don't keep up on my life through facebook, I thought I'd let you know here:). We did get our house under contract today! It looks pretty promising that it will all go in the right direction, but you never know in this crazy market! We're supposed to close on March 29, hopefully close on the soon-to-be-determined house on March 30 and move in then. Should be a crazy March with all the birthdays thrown in there too and a spring break trip at the end of it- not sure if I will have sanity or not by then:).
