More visits

We had a second home study visit last night with Sheri. She's so easy to talk to, which makes it easy. One more visit to go and then she'll write it all up. In the meantime, I've gotten almost our entire dossier ready. I'm still waiting on Shane's birth certificate. Kansas was super fast on mine and Gunnison County only took 4 days for us to get our marriage license. Waiting on Ohio.... :) The class we went to was good- the best thing about it was that we got to just hang out with people who are going through the same things we are and are waiting to bring a child home from Ethiopia too! 2 of the other couples there (out of about 9 couples) were from our church too so we had about 1/3 of the group! That was great to know that they'd have kids at our church in the future too who our child can relate to.
So right now we're just praying for God to guide us to our child/children. We told Sheri that we'd be open to siblings, so we'll see... I still know that God knows who our child is and He'll get us to him/her/them.
I love checking all of the stuff off my lists, but pretty soon, I'll be to the part where we just have to wait and might have to wait for months. Patience......
