Well, it's not exactly new, but it feels like new. We got new countertops (actually countertop overlays) and did a tile backsplash (my brother Blake set the tile and Shane and I did the grout work- all instructed by our awesome countertop guy, Rick!). The kitchen has a new sink, faucet and overhead light. The bathroom already had a new sink, faucet and fixture within the last year. For those of you who knew what it looked like before (pumpkin countertops in the kitchen and a very 70s looking bathroom one), this is a huge change! We're hoping it will help sell our house. And if we still can't sell it, we'll at least enjoy the 'new' place.
