Various updates

I thought I'd update on how big the boys are getting. They're all 4 growing like weeds and eating us out of house and home!:) In 6 months, Kalid has grown 2 inches and gained 6 1/2 pounds. Abuzaid has grown 2 1/2 inches and gained 10 pounds! When we first met them, we thought they'd be kind of skinny boys- built kind of petitely like their father. But that is not their build at all! Abuzaid is thick and will be a strong boy! Kalid still has the baby legs (oh, how I love to squeeze them- so cute!!!!!), but he's going to be a bigger kid too. Kalid is now 38" and 33.5 pounds. Abuzaid is 44.5" and 45.5 pounds. They've changed so much since we first met them!
We've had a bitter cold front blow in and it actually snowed a good amount. Abuzaid used to hate the cold, but now he's the first one out in it and the last one inside now! They all went sledding today for 2 hours and even Kalid was walking up the big hill every time by himself and going down all by himself too!
2010 was an amazing year for our family! I've been praying about what 2011 will look like for us. I don't think our family will grow, but I've learned not to say anything for sure! Can't put God in a box like that!:) I know we can't do something 'big' like we did last year, every year. But I want to do something significant and I want my whole family to be a part of it. Not everything needs to come with the 'status' you get when you go to Africa on a mission trip or adopt sweet little boys from Ethiopia. I want to be able to do things that only God notices- for His glory- not mine. Still praying about what that means for our family...
