Slow week

It was a slow week this week. Our agency started out the week with 2 court dates given, so we all thought more might be given out as the week went on. But now it's the middle of the night on Friday night in ET- nothing will happen until next week. It's so hard to be patient when you know your kids are waiting there, in an orphanage, knowing they have parents who want them but can't come get them yet. Next week, we'll have known our boys for 2 months. We pray for them daily (multiple times per day), talk about them all the time, and are so ready for them. Yet, we do have to wait. Landon brought their pictures in for show and tell today. The boys tell people about 'their brothers'. In the grand scheme of life, I know 2 months isn't that long. We are so fortunate that this process has gone so quickly for us. I think of some of the people trying to adopt from Haiti, even before the earthquake, who knew their children for years trying to get them home. So, we're just praying for a court date SOON!! There's still no news on the 2 trip rule- just rumors. I think that's everything for now. Have a great weekend and if you think of our boys at some point, just say a little prayer for them that they are safe, loved, and healthy!!!!
